Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us at sales@lunaandray.com.au, as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

  • FREE

Express Shipping (Australia Post)

  • $25 — NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA
  • $55 — WA, NT, TAS

Gold Coast Same-Day / Scheduled Delivery

  • $45 local delivery

Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM and “Local Delivery” selected at checkout

Do you do same/scheduled date delivery?

We ONLY offer same/scheduled date delivery for GOLD COAST area:

  • Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
  • Please ensure you select “Local Delivery” as your shipping method at the final step of checkout.
How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.

Express shipping 1–3 business days.

Same-day delivery is available for Gold Coast customers.

Are the flowers real?

Yes, we use premium preserved flowers that are 100% natural and carefully treated to last for years without water or sunlight.

Will my order come in gift packaging?

Yes! All of our products come in luxury packaging, perfect for gifting. You may also add a personalized message card at checkout.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Of course! Just enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout. We never include receipts inside the package.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
